Please fill out the following template and submit it as a comment on this post. The HD family fest is a self-posting fest this year, so comments will not be screened.

Claiming will happen on a first come, first serve basis. The list of prompts will be regularly updated, clearly identifying the ones that have already been claimed.

Each prompt can be claimed twice – once for fic and once for art. Once a prompt has been claimed it will be marked as such and it cannot be claimed again.

Each participant can claim only one prompt at a time. If none of the listed prompts appeals to you, you can go ahead and create your own prompt.

Posting will begin on 16th Feburary, 2015 and will go on until 1st March, 2015.

Please choose the date on which you would like to post your fanwork. I will do my best to assign you the date that you choose, but since I do not want more than two fanworks posted each day, you may not get your first choice date. Please try to post on the date that you have chosen.

In case of delays there will be a BONUS WEEK for posting your fanworks from 2nd march, 2015 to 8th march, 2015.

Here is the list of prompts.

Each prompt is marked with a unique number. This is the number you have to quote when you state your choice of prompt. You are requested to list THREE prompts that you wish to claim, in order of preference. But if you only like one prompt, you can go ahead and claim with only one. But if that prompt has already been claimed, you will have to comment again, with your second choice prompt. So it will be easier all around if you give us three options to begin with.

An email will be sent to you, confirming which prompt you were able to claim. Claiming happens on a first come, first serve basis.
