Pairing: Each fanwork in this fest will feature Draco and Harry as the primary pairing. Secondary pairings are fine, but the story should be about Harry and Draco.
Content: Each fanwork will fall within the theme of family. It can feature Harry and Draco
-in an established relationship, learning to live with each other,
-as new parents,
-mpreg, where they're planning to have a baby or they're preparing for one or they're raising their kids together
-as single dads, raising their kids on their own, who then come together and become a couple.
The fanworks could also be epilogue compliant fics or art where Harry and Draco get together long after they've become fathers.
They could feature the next-gen kids or they could just be about Harry and Draco raising Teddy together. They could also festure non-canon kids.
It is not absolutely necessary that all the stories have to feature kids. Stories about Harry and Draco learning to be a couple and learning to live together would also be fine.
Harry and Draco do not necessarily have to be together at the beginning of the story, but they do have to be a couple by the end of it.
Guidelines: This is a family oriented fest and it is meant for fluffy, romantic, happy works of fic and art. Which means that all fics and art must have a happy ending. There can be no major character death. What this means is that while either Harry or Draco can be a widower, neither of them can be the one who dies.
There can be no dark themes,
no non-con or dub-con,
-no chan,
-no incest,
-no domestic abuse,
-no excessive violence or
infidelity involving the two main characters.
What this means is:
When I say, no domestic abuse, for example, I don't mean that you cannot write about abuse at all. All I am saying is that the story cannot be about Harry abusing Draco or vice versa. If you want to write a story in which one of them was a victim of abuse in a past relationship, that is perfectly okay.
Angst is fine but it must be resolved by the end of the fic.
Divorce will probably feature in a lot of the stories and that is okay so long as it is not between Harry and Draco. If you want to write a story in which Harry and Draco break up or get divorrced, that is okay so long as they come together again by the end of the story.
The minimum word count for a fic is 1500 words.
All fics should be beta read and free of spelling and grammar issues.
Your story has to be original and it should have been written specifically for this fest. It cannot be part of a series or be a sequel/prequel to one of your other fics (or anyone else's).
There are no rating restrictions, though you must make sure to state the rating and warnings clearly.
Participants who are less then 18 years old can submit fics, but they can only be G, PG or PG-13.
Participants are requested to keep the rules of this fest in mind while creating their fanworks.
This is a self-posting fest for this year, so participants will have to claim a date at the same time that they claim a prompt and post the fics to the community.
You can post your fics on AO3 or on your journal and post the link to your fic to the comm with an appropriate header.
The community will be open for posting by all members from 16th February onward.

Artists have no minimum requirement, but your work should be more complex than a sketch.
It should not make a reference to any other piece of yours.

Claiming: A claiming post will go up on the 27th of October along with the complete list of prompts.

The list of prompts will be regularly updated, clearly identifying the ones that have already been claimed.
Each prompt can be claimed twice – once for fic and once for art.
Once a prompt has been claimed it will be marked as such and it cannot be claimed again.
Each participant can claim only one prompt at a time.
Once you fill a prompt and submit the finished work, you may go back and claim another prompt, if time permits.
