Author's Notes: I hope you enjoy this, and yes I did take inspiration from Lilo and Stitch for the title. It seemed fitting to go with the prompt! (For those who don’t know what I’m talking about... A pretty well-known quote from Lilo and Stitch is "Ohana means family. And family means no one gets left behind or forgotten".) Summary: Harry rebuilds his family one member at a time.

This was such a lovely little story ♥ I loved that Harry gained a new family, especially one that started with Buckbeak :) I also liked that you wove in elements of Harry's past family life which left him with doubt, but how thing are better now. A very sweet read :)

Oh, this is completely lovely, funny and moving. I loved that Buckbeak arrived first! And all the parts about Teddy felt very real, how people talk to babies and how babies talk and crawl and get heavier to carry. Harry's vulnerability when offering the rooms to Andromeda and when decorating his first tree were moving. And his thank you to Narcissa was funny! Draco was great too. The romance was sweet. Thanks for doing such a great job with a great prompt, MA!

Ahhh I loved this so much! My heart ached for Harry hiding away in Grimmauld by himself, but then I loved his determination and growing ambition with renovating! I adored the way his family grew, especially with Andromeda and Teddy coming back into his life because Andromeda realized she'd been selfishly keeping Teddy to herself. I love Harry's jealousy over the different dynamic between Draco and Teddy, and god I loved everything about the Christmas decorating scene and Harry's avoidance of everyone's knowing looks - MY HEART!!!! And I absolutely LOVED the way Harry and Draco finally came together (Get away from that bloody chicken, I'm not coming out there ♥!!!!) and the ease of their kisses. Super sweet and super great, MA, thank you for bringing my prompt to life!!! ♥

That was wonderful!

God, the idea of Harry building his life, his family was so sweet and perfect. I loved how he at times felt a bit inadequate with shows of affection, not knowing how to do it or receive it himself, made my heart ache but I did love it, because these are the first steps, the first shows that he's part of a family, and those around him care for him and are mindful of his need and wariness. I don't know if that makes sense though. What I mean is, Andromeda and even Draco noticed that about Harry, and so they were like, careful with him, not distant, but careful not to overwhelm and made him feel included.

I loved those moments when he felt jealousy about Draco's easiness with Teddy, and then something happened and he was part of that moment too. I loved the difference between how Draco was with Teddy and how he was with Teddy. :)

I loved how when Narcissa came they were truly a family and the moment when put the Christmas tree and just, Gah, incredibly sweet. <333

Ohh, so good. 'Teddy-bear' and 'Cub' and also Buckbeak constantly being referred to as a chicken. The fact that Buckbeak was there at all. So wonderful!

Harry slowly feeling alive again, and being inspired and motivated enough to decorate a room for Teddy. And aw, Andromeda moving in eventually. Then Draco dropping in with his concern and ugh, it's all so good. His worries and the bickering, and then that day spent shopping. Oh gosh, and Teddy's endless speaking and clutching. It's all too cute!
