Time Period: Immediately post-war
Scenario: Andromeda doesn't recover from the loss of her entire family and rejects Teddy (or goes insane/commits suicide-basically she's out of the picture). Harry wants custody of Teddy but the laws state there needs to be a blood relative involved, which is Draco and/or Narcissa.
Special Requests: Snarky!Proud!Draco, frustrated Harry needing more help than he asks for
