I know I'm coming to the party a bit late, but is there any chance I can try to join in? I wish I could say, "Yeah, hey, no problem. I can knock a fic out in four weeks, including betaing and editing!" but I'm not entirely sure I can. I can do my damnedest though! The fic that I have in mind for the prompt that's been poking me in the back of the head since last night is shortish. (Shortish for me anyway.)
